Dennis Amick is a “Place No Limits on Service” guy. Customers are special and should know and feel it. Dennis is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has worked and lived in Ventura County, CA since 1980. In 1984 he started a mortgage company and later purchased an Exit Realty franchise before re-establishing Pierpont Bay Realty at Pierpont Beach in Ventura, CA. Always growing in the business with experience and education, Dennis added education certificates of Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)and served on Realtor association’s Board of Directors, the Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee.

When not selling real estate, Dennis can be found hiking and biking Ventura County and relaxing with his beautiful wife, Realtor® Laural Starr.
